FAQ

Life coaches help people discover who they truly are and what they want from life. At its core, life coaching is about helping you find more balance and fulfillment. It helps you get more of what you want and less of what you don’t.

Coaching is also motivating. I will give you support, structure, and honest feedback. As your life coach, I am your cheerleader, confidant, advisor, and sounding board. I help you explore new options, find new resources, and see that you have choices.

Life Coaching:

  • Offers a safe, private, and welcoming space where clients can share their thoughts and feel truly heard

  • Focuses on what matters most to each client

  • Helps clients gain clarity and take meaningful steps forward

  • Guides clients in setting clear goals or intentions and supports them in reaching those goals

  • Helps clients make faster progress by encouraging focus and awareness of their options

  • Gives clients the tools, support, and structure they need to achieve more

  • Focuses on each client’s current situation and what steps they are ready to take to reach their future goals

Who Hires a Life Coach?

You can benefit from a coach if:

  • You want to achieve more and become your best self.

  • You know your goals, but you need some help reaching them.

  • You’re searching for practical ways to turn your dreams into reality.

  • You need motivation and someone to help keep you on track to reach your goals.

What Happens When You Hire a Coach?

  • Coaching helps you learn more about yourself, what you truly want, your strengths, areas for growth, and any habits or beliefs that might be holding you back.

  • Coaching encourages you to pause your busy routine and reflect on who you are, where you are in life, and where you want to go.

  • Coaching gives you the chance to take control of your life and start making choices rather than just going along with what happens.

  • Coaching helps you notice beliefs that might be holding you back and guides you to replace them with more positive ones.

  • Coaching can help you reach your goals faster. A coach works with you to clarify what you want, plan specific steps, and figure out what’s been holding you back so you can overcome any obstacles.

When, Where, and How are Coaching Sessions Conducted?

Once we have our first meeting to set guidelines and expectations, you can choose to have coaching sessions in person or by phone. Each session usually lasts 60 minutes and can be scheduled two to four times a month. We will decide together on the schedule, format, and location that work best for you. You can also email me between sessions if you have any questions.

How Long Do Sessions Continue?

There is no fixed number of sessions. You can keep working with me until you reach your goals. Most clients find that 6 to 12 sessions are enough, but some choose to continue longer. The decision is yours, based on your progress and how satisfied you feel with the coaching. My practical, results-focused approach helps you make the changes you want in your life, often in a short time.

How long you work with me can depend on your goals, your working style, and how often we meet. I encourage clients to start by committing to at least four sessions for the best experience.

What is the Cost?

You can choose from three coaching packages, each with a cost based on how often we meet. We can also adjust these packages to fit your needs. After we set the fees, payments are due on the first of each month.
